The Association of Professional Hotel Concierges and Receptionists, named The Golden Keys of Portugal, is the association that represents the sector professionals.

Founded in 1971 is affiliated to the Union Internationale des Concierges d'Hôtels - Les Clefs d'Or and to the Lisbon Tourism Association, having been awarded with the Gold Medal of Touristic Merit in 1995.
